The Sound of Simple

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you visit our website, join our email list, buy a product or book a call, and what we do with it. This website, called The Sound of Simple, is operated by Natugo LLC (the same company that operates Creative Reach AI). "We," "us" and "our" mean Natugo LLC.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your first name and email when you sign up for a free download, any details you share when you book a call, and any messages you send us.
  • Purchase information: when you buy something, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information: basic technical data such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Your consent

We only collect your information when you give it to us on purpose, for example by filling out a form or booking a call. By submitting your information, you agree to the collection and use described in this policy.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for: your free checklist, your purchase, your login to the members area, your booked call.
  • To send you emails and messages about your download, purchases and, if you opted in, tips and offers.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To understand which pages and content help people, and to improve them.
  • To meet legal, tax and security obligations.

Emails and messages

When you join our list, we may send you emails about the thing you signed up for and related tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to us. Purchase and account messages (receipts, access details) may still be sent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • CRM, email, scheduling and members-area software (we use HighLevel).
  • Payment processing (Stripe or a similar processor).
  • Analytics and advertising tools, such as Google or Meta, if and when we use them to measure visits or show you relevant ads. You can control this through your browser and ad settings.
  • Professionals such as accountants or lawyers, and authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your choices, measure traffic and, where used, support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide what you asked for, run the business and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. If you live in California, the EU, the UK or another place with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website and products are for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information goes

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information there and in other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, including from Chile or Puerto Rico, you understand that your information may be transferred and handled under United States law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or service can promise perfect security.

Links to other sites

We link to places like Instagram. They have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will do our best to let you know.
